  • when are payments due?

    All payments are required at the time of purchase.

     

    ensuring that you can kickstart your creative journey without delay. For your convenience, we also offer multiple payment options to cater to different needs. Should you have any concerns or need clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

    Turnaround times vary by project type and scope. Smaller projects, such as social media graphics, are typically completed within 2–3 business days, while larger projects like branding packages or packaging designs may take 1–3 weeks.

     

    Timelines are estimates.

  • How will i receive my files?

    All completed project files will be sent to the email provided or a google drive link; Depending on the size of the project.

     

    *Please only use the email you booked with to avoid miscommunication.

  • Do we offer refunds?

    All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work.

    Once a project has started, refunds are not available.

     

    If you need to cancel, please contact us directly.

    *Reopening a finished project will require a fee, and major design changes will need a new booking.

  • Can i request revisions?

    Yes, all services Include 3 free revisions.

    please be mindful that Additional revisions are $10 each.
